A Baltimore kid with a lengthy criminal record ran over Police Officer Amy Caprio in a stolen Jeep, killing her. Had this happened in Chicago, Kim Foxx would’ve already I-Bonded him and let him roam the streets since apparently stealing cars isn’t a violent crime.
This crap infuriates me. A kid who has already proven himself a threat and menace to society is given slaps on the wrist his whole life and eventually kills someone as a result. Chicago lets kids like this run rampant every day because Cook County State’s Attorneys might as well be defense attorneys. And they wonder why so many people are leaving Cook County.
RIP Officer Caprio.
